after tax in Q3/2013 was VND15 billion, increasing dramatically compared to the
same period of 2012 because:

Net
sales in Q3/2013 were VND93.3 billion, increasing VND19.6 (equivalent to 26.5%)
compared to the same period of 2012 because of the revenue from long-term lease
in B market
+
Cost
of sales/net sales ratio decreased to 61.3% in Q3/2013 from 80,4% in Q3/2012,
leading to a sharp increase in gross profit, VND21,7 billion (equivalent to
150.6%).

Financial
expenses were VND12.2 billion, decreasing by 36.7% (equivalent to VND7
billion), in which interest expenses decreased VND 4 billion (equivalent to
47.6%).

Selling
expenses decreased 29.7% (equivalent to VND0.4 billion)
