PPP: Explanation for the difference in profit after tax of Q.III/2013 year on year

(19 October 2013) Phong Phu Pharmaceutical JSC explained the difference in profit after tax of Q.III/2013 year on year as follows:

- Profit after tax of Q.III/2012: VND 391,243,700

- Profit after tax of Q.III/2013: VND – 1,743,764,050, a decrease of VND 2,135,007,750 (equivalent to 546.7%) in comparison with the profit after tax of 2012

Reasons:

The increase of financial expenses, general and administrative expenses and depreciation of fixed assets when putting the factory into operation reduced the profit after tax in the financial statement of Q.III/2013.
