PGS: Board Resolution

Petrovietnam Southern Gas JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 25/09/2013 as follows:

1.     Approving the policy of buying shares of PV GAS and other shareholders at PV Gas Cylinder. Establishing working group to negotiate with the shareholders and report the BOD for decision.

2.     Personnel change:

-         Transferring Mr. Ngo An Hoa from Chief of Supervisory Board of CNG Vietnam JSC to be Chief Accountant of CNG Vietnam JSC.

-         Nominating Mr. Huynh Lam Kiet to be Chief of Supervisory Board of CNG Vietnam JSC in place of Mr. Ngo An Hoa.

-         Transferring Mr. Ngo Duy Trong from Chief Accountant of CNG Vietnam JSC to be Chief Accountant of PV Gas Sai Gon.
