The Board of Directors of Dong Nai Port Joint – Stock Company approved a transfer of 633,150 shares, equivalent to 28% stake in Dong Nai Marine Service Joint Stock Company to Bien Dong Marine Co Ltd at a transfer price of 7,386,750,000 VND.
