NBB: Announcement of restructure of bond & credit terms

The 577 Investment Corporation has announced the restructure of bond and credit terms as follows:

-         The bonds worth VND237 billion in EVN Finance Co. and Bao Viet Securities JSC are extended to August 2014.

-         The bonds worth VND350 billion in VIB Bank with due dates in 2012 and 2013 will be extended to 2014 and 2016.

-         The credit amounts in BIDV Bank: VND141 billion for City Gate project with due date in 2013 will be extended to 2018; VND164 billion for Son Tinh project with due date in 2013 will be extended to 2018; and VND108 billion for NBB Garden 3 project date in Quarter 4/2013 will be extended to 2017.
