KLF: Board resolution
On 04/10/2013, BOD of FLC
Global Joint Stock Company announced Board resolution as follows:
Article 1: Decide to receive transfer of 48% of charter
capital in DECOHOUSE Joint Stock Company, equivalent to 4,800,000 shares (VND
48,000,000,000)
Article 2: Assign Mr. Le Thanh Duong to be representative of
contribution of FLC Global Joint Stock Company in DECOHOUSE Joint Stock Company
Mr. Le Thanh Duong
represents 48% of charter capital of DECOHOUSE Joint Stock Company, equivalent
to 4,800,000 shares (VND 48,000,000,000).
Article 3: The resolution has been valid from signing date;
members of BOD, Management board and relevant departments take responsibilities
for implementation of this resolution.
