JVC: Report on capital using

Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company has reported the capital using after issuing new shares as follows:

I.    Public offering:

-         Name of stock: Stock of Japan Vietnam Medical Instrument Joint Stock Company

-         Stock type: common stock

-         Par value: VND10,000/share

-         Offering volume: 13,987,600 shares

-         Total mobilized capital: VND148,764,000,000

-         Begging date: March 04, 2013

-         Finish date: May 03, 2013

II.    Plan for using the capital from the public offering:

1.   Progress of the project announced in the prospectus: Total capital from the public offering, around VND148,764,000,000, will be used for the investment in K Hospital and Viet Duc Hospital. Time disbursement is estimated in Quarter I or Quarter II/2013.

2.   Current progress: Until now, the project is being implemented according to schedule. Total capital from the public offering was used for the investment in K Hospital and Viet Duc Hospital.
