IDICO-SHP: IDICO-SHP’s share auction cancelled

According to Announcement No. 962/2013/TB-SGDHCM dated November 18, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of share auction of Idico Srok Phu Miêng Hydropower Joint Stock Company (short name: IDICI-SHP) as follows:

-         Until 16:00 on November 15, 2013 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was 01 investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 14 of Decision No.360/2013/QD-SGDHCM-PDG dated October 25, 2013 promulgating the share auction regulation of Idico Srok Phu Miêng Hydropower Joint Stock Company, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
