Gentraco Feed JSC annouced the cancelation of record date for AGM of shareholders 2013 as follows:

-          Annouced record date: 17/05/2013

-          Purpose: AGM of shareholders 2013

-          Reason for cancellation:

+ Some Directors and member of the Supervisory Board sent Request Letter to withdrawal from the BOD and the Supervisory Board session II (2011 – 2015), which made the preparation for AGM take more time. Therefore, the company could not organize the AGM on 06/06/2013 as invitation letter sent to shareholders.

+ Cancellation of list of shareholders with record date on 17/05/2013 for AGM of shareholders.
