-         Profit after tax in Quarter 3/2013 decreased compared to Quarter 3/2012 because:

+         The revenue in Quarter 3/2013 decreased compared to Quarter 3/2012 because many signed big projects have been behind schedule, or in the process of implementing, completing, and some strategic projects must be stopped and delayed the implementation until next year when the investors arrange funds. Meanwhile, selling expense, general and administration expense increased because of the tough economy and inflation. 

+         The business situation of subsidiaries, associated companies in Quarter 3/2013 was under difficulties.
