D11: Explanation for difference in profit after tax 2012

(26/03/2013) Real Estate 11 JSC announced explanation for difference in profit after tax between audited FS 2012 and FS before auditing as follows:

1.       Difference

-          Profit after tax 2012 before auditing: VND1,118.53 million

-          Profit after tax in audited FS: VND1,064.27 million

-          Difference: VND53.99 million

2.       Reason

-          Auditing company requested to write off allowance for job loss until 31/12/2012, increasing other income at the amount of VND87.32 million, at the same time increasing reasonable cost of capital at the amount of VND141.32 million.
