CMS: Explanation for difference in consolidated operating result Q.II/2013

Asia - Viet Nam Construction and Manpower JSC explained the difference in consolidated operating result Q.II/2013 as follows:

1. Net revenue of Q.II/2013 is 44,430 billion dongs, a decrease of 31.36% (equal to 20,303 billion dongs compared to Q.II/2012). The reason is that Ngan Truoi project stopped construction in the second half of 2012 because the investor had not provided capital for until Jan. 2013; therefore, in mid Jan. 2013 the project continued to run. Khe Cham III project restarted construction in late Mar. 2013 because the investor just provided construction facilities in mid Mar. 2013. Algeria manpower project not yet restarted due to political instabilities in Algeria. At the same time, the long Tet holiday caused the construction sites to stop working for 15 days.

2. Consolidated net revenue of Q.II/2013 is 1,367 billion dongs, a decrease of 79.62%, equal to 5,342 billion dongs compared to Q.II/2012. The reason is that the revenue of projects of Ngan Truoi, Khe Cham III and Algeria decreased.
