OGC: OGC adds contents to consult shareholders

On October 22, 2013, HOSE announced to add contents to consult shareholders of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company:

-         The list of OGC shareholders closed on October 08, 2013 (according to Announcement No.839/2013/TB-SGDHCM dated September 23, 2013 by Hochiminh Stock Exchange for the dividend payment and consulting shareholders) will be used by Ocean Group Joint Stock Company to add contents fro consulting shareholders as follows:

+         Content: to adjust the 2013 business plan.

>   NHW: Resolution of the Shareholders’ Extraordinary Meeting 2013 (22/10/2013)

>   MSN: The foreign room decreased from 49 percent to 43.79 percent (22/10/2013)

>   MDG: Change of the authorized information disclosure staff (21/10/2013)

>   VSI: Board Resolution – Oct 16 (21/10/2013)
