OGC: Change of a member of the BOD and CEO

Ocean Group Joint Stock Company announced a personnel change as follows:

-         Mr. Le Quang Thu and Mr. Ha Trong Nam replaced Ms. Le Thi Thu Thuy and Mr. Vu Hong Son as member of the BOD.

-         Mr. Duong Trong Nghia replaced Mr. Le Quang Thu as CEO.

-         Effective date: October 07, 2013.
