NSC: Announcement on share buyback

National Seed Joint Stock Company has intention to repurchase its stock as follows:

-         Number of treasury shares before trading: 0 share

-         Number of shares registered to buy back: 7,817 shares

-         Purpose: to buy back shares from employees who retired

-         Financial resources: retained profit

-         Expected trading period: from October 25, 2013 to the Vietnam Securities Depository finishes withdrawal procedure and transferring ownership of shares.

-         Trading method: put through
