KSA: Binh Thuan Mineral signs an underwriting contract

On October 09, 2013, Binh Thuan Mineral Industry Joint Stock Company (Binh Thuan Mineral) signed an underwriting contract with Baoviet Securities Joint Stock Company (BVSC). Accordingly, BVSC will underwrite 18,531,070 shares of Binh Thuan Mineral. The underwriting price will not be lower than the selling price offered to existing shareholders (VND10,000/share). And, total underwriting value will be worth VND185,310,700,000. Binh Thuan Mineral tries to mobilize capital in order to build a titanium processing factory with a capacity of 30,000 tons/year in Binh Thuan province.
