Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company has intention to repurchase its stock as follows:

-         Number of treasury shares before trading: 120,000 shares

-         Number of shares registered to buy back: 92,500 shares

-         Expected trading period: From October 31, 2013 to November 19, 2013

-         Trading method: put through

-         Buying price: VND10,000/share

-         Purpose: to buy back shares from employees who retired
