Foreign trade development and investment Corporation of Hochiminh city (FIDECO) announced the board resolution on September 30, 2013 as follows:

-         The Board of Directors approved to transform company type of FidecoLand Co., Ltd. into FidecoLand Joint Stock Company with a charter capital of 170 billion dongs.
