CTD: Coteccons wins bid for a major industrial project

In September 2013, Cotec Construction Joint Stock Company (Coteccons JSC) was chosen to be a main contractor for Gain Lucky Factory project by Shenzhou International Group. This factory will be built in Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, Tay Ninh province, Vietnam. It has a value of VND900 billion (before VAT). This is the first stage of an industrial project with a floor area of 310,000 m2, built on an 83-hectare land. Besides, Coteccons JSC is also building two other industrial projects in Tay Ninh province: Brotex Colored -Yarn Factory and Sailun Tire Producing Plant. However, Gain Lucky is an industrial project with the highest value that Coteccons JSC has ever signed.
