-         The Board of Directors approved business result in the first 07 months of 2013.

-         The Board of Directors approved the report of the project managing committee.

-         The Board of Directors approved regulations.

-         The Board of Directors approved bonus fund for the Senior management in 2012.

-         The Board of Directors approved to set up branches in Hung Yen, Da Nang, Binh Duong
