TDH41029: TDH41029 bonds to be delisted & converted

On September 16, 2013, the Board of Directors of Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation (THUDUC HOUSE) approved a delisting and conversion plan for TDH41029 bonds. The Corporation will implement the delisting and conversion (not required) procedures for 100% of outstanding bonds (2,040,720 bonds) on the due date - November 17, 2013.

-          Delisting date: October 11, 2013

-          Conversion date & interest payment date: November 15, 2013

-          Conversion price: VND22,014/share

-          Conversion ratio:  1 : 4.542563   (01 bond will be converted into 4.542563 shares)

-          Time to register to convert or not convert bonds: from October 14, 2013 to 17:00 November 15, 2013. 

-          Listing date for new shares: expected to be in December 2013.
