PVF: Decision on the delisting of stock

On September 12, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.321/2013/QĐ-SGDHCM declaring the delisting of stock of Petrovietnam Finance Joint Stock Corporation:

-         Number of shares delisted: 600,000,000 shares

-         Total value: VND6,000,000,000,000.

-         Effective delisting date: September 24, 2013

-         Reason: Consolidated between PVFC with Western Bank, violated at Point e – Item 1 – Section 60 of Decree 58/2012/ND-CP.

-         Last trading date on HOSE: September 23, 2013
