PVC: Representative office dissolution decision

On 19/08/2013, BOD of Drilling Mud Corporation decides to:

Article 1: Dissolve representative office of Drilling Mud Corporation in the Lao People's Democratic Republic.

Article 2: Assign General Manager to direct relevant departments of Parent company and Head of representative office of DMC in the Lao People's Democratic Republic to:

            Deploy dissolution of representative office in accordance with regulations of current Law

            Organize to list and assign all assets, human, etc. of representative office to Parent Company
