PPI: Explanation for business result in Q2.2013

Pacific Property & Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company explained the fluctuation in business result in Quarter 2/2013 compared to Quarter 2/2012:

-         Revenue in Quarter 2/2013: VND13,917,408,838

-         Revenue in Quarter 2/2012: VND37,145,444,661

-         Difference:   37.5%

-         Profit after tax in Quarter 2/2013 was –VND1,939,747,112, decreasing VND3,104,627,398 compared to the same period of last year.

-         Revenue decreased 37.5% because revenue from roads and bridges decreased VND19,102,920,651, revenue from real estate decreased VND11,594,240,482

-         In Quarter 2,2013, the company made a provision for contribution in Kinh Bac Investment Construction and Infrastructure Development Company by VND1,536,364,950 and loss from real estate VND235,564,669.
