The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated institutional investor:

-         Vietnam Property Holding, institutional investor affiliated with Mr. Nguyen Louis T – Member of the Board of Directors of NBB Investment Corporation (stock code: NBB) was late in reporting the trading result of NBB stock after registering to trade on September 03, 2013.
