-         Construction: Formosa project in Ha Tinh (VND1,060)  was just handed by inventor in the last June, 2013, leading to revenue from construction and profit after tax in the first 06 months of 2013 was less than the same period of last year.

-         Real estate market: The first 06 months of 2013, real estate market difficulties, so revenue from trading real estate was VND0.

-         LICOGI 16 made provision for loss from subsidiaries.
