HMH: Explanation for audit exception in the FS

On 03/09/2013, Hai Minh Corporation explained for audit exception as follows:

Because Hoang Nam Co., Ltd is in the process of handling procedures for dissolution (in reality, Hoang Nam Co., Ltd has stopped the operation since 01/01/2013 so it does not generate revenue) so the unit did not audit the FS as usual.
