HAX: Explanation for late information disclosure

On August 31, 2013, Hang Xanh Motors Service Joint Stock Company explained the late information disclosure on signing auditing contract because the company had disclosed information in the resolution of its 2013 Annual General Meeting. This was mistake due to misunderstanding in the information disclosure as regulated.
