On September 11, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) had Official Document No.1466/2013/SGDHCM-NY to remind Cotec Investment and Land-house Development Joint Stock Company to submit late disclosure on selling stake in its subsidiary – Kim Huynh Co., Ltd.
