Reason:

In the first six months of 2013, Beton 6’s gross profit
sharply increased by VND7,846,831,478 compared
to the same period of 2012 because difficult construction works were executed
in the previous years and because the construction and production were logical.

Beton 6’s interest expense in the period decreased by VND17,516,445,162 compared to the first six months of 2012.

Therefore, Beton 6’s profit before tax and profit after tax in turn increased by VND1,667,189,765
and VND1,304,038,266 compared to the first six months of 2012.
