BPC: Explanation for audit exception for FS of first 06 months of 2013


On 03/9/2013, in response to Dispatch no. 994/SGDHN-QLNY dated 27/08/2013 of Hanoi Stock Exchange, Vicem Packaging Bim Son Joint Stock Company explained audit exception for FS of first 06 months of 2013 as follows:
Currently the Company is managing and using fixed assets according to Circular no. 45/2013/TT-BTC and applying depreciation deduction of fixed assets according to Circular no. 45/2013/TT-BTC.
In first 06 months of 2013, production-business performance of the Company was quite positive, production and consumption output all reached more than 56%, profit reached 65.86% of plan. In order to ensure depreciation expense and profit in quarter III/2013, the Company deducted in advance depreciation expense of quarter III/2013 and allocation in first 06 months of 2013. This was the main reason for that depreciation expense in first 06 months of 2013 increased compared to plan, however, depreciation expense of the whole year would not change compared to initial depreciation registration.
