AGIFISH Co: Notice of canceling auction

Notice of canceling auction of the Angiang Fisheries Import & Export Joint Stock Company (AGIFISH Co) as follows:

Until 4:00pm, August 30, 2013 – the ended time of registering the auction and depositing to buy shares of the Angiang Fisheries Import & Export Joint Stock Company (AGIFISH Co) hold, there was not investor to join the auction. Therefore, basing on Article 14 of Decision No.270/2013/QD-SGDHCM issued on August 12, 2013 about the auction regulation of selling the State-owned capital in Angiang Fisheries Import & Export Joint Stock Company (AGIFISH Co by SCIC hold, the auction could not be organized.
