TTZ: Explanation for changes in submitting time of financial statement

Tien Trung Joint Stock Company announces the changes in submitting time of financial statement as follows:

From Q.II 2013, Tien Trung JSC will disclose financial statement with the content and deadline as a parent company in accordance with Circular No.52/2012/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance on information disclosure on the stock market.

Reason: In Q.II 2013, Tien Trung Technology one member Co., Ltd, which is a subsidiary of Tien Trung JSC accepted the capital transfer and came into operation.
