TIX: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:

-         Ms. Le Hong Tham, wife of Mr. Le Trong Lap  –  a Member of the BOD, Deputy CEO of Tan Binh Import – Export Joint Stock Corporation (stock code: TIX), sold 20,000 TIX shares on June 26, 2013 but had not had any announcements before trading.
