THG: Explanation for business result in Q2.2013

Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company has explained the difference in the profit after tax between Quarter 2/2013 and Quarter 2/2012:

-         Profit after tax in Quarter 2/2012: VND8,360,800,859

-         Profit after tax in Quarter 2/2013: -VND1,583,501,231

-         Decrease: 119%

Reason:

-         Revenue from real estate business decreased.

-         Input expenses increased.

-         Financial income increased VND23.813 million or 407%, leading to profit increased.

-         Besides, general and administration expenses decreased VND780 million or 36%
