+ Company regulation of SJE, SEL, SINCO

+ Audited FS 2011. 2012 of SJE, SEL, SINCO

+ Joint contract between SJE – SEL, SJE – SINCO

2.     Assigned General Manager to sign the related resumes, documents to the public share placement in swap stock to merge companies.
