SII: Board Resolution on Foreign Room

To comply with the shareholding of foreign investors prescribed by law when the Corporation issues the 2013 share private placement, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation decided to ask the State Securities Commission to allow the Corporation to fix the foreign room of SII stock on HoSE at 17.74%.
