On July 30, 2013, Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation approved for the tender offer 5,406,400 SII shares of Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company as follows:

+         Stock: Stock of Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation

+         Stock code: SII

+         Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company is holding company of Sai Gon Water Infrastructure Corporation

+         Number of shares registered to be purchased: 5,406,400 shares (13.52% of total outstanding shares of SII)

+         Number of holding shares after the tender offer: 25,806,400 shares (64.52% of total outstanding shares of SII)

+         Bid price: VND15,800/share

+         Purpose: the increase of its ownership ratio and the anti diluted of CII’s ownership ratio at SII.

+         Trading time: within 30 days to 60 days after getting approval by the State Securities Commission.

+         Agency Company: Viet Thanh Securities Company.
