SD1: Explanation for negative profit in 2012
Song Da No 1 JSC explained the negative profits in 2012 as follows: - Profit after tax 2012 of holding company :VND5,638,849,075 - Profit after tax 2012 of Song Da 1.03 Hoa Binh JSC : (VND28,230,596,750) - Profit after tax 2012 of Song Da 1.03 Hanoi JSC : (VND26,988,692,663) Total : (VND49,580,440,338) Reason: Due to financial difficulty, the company must suspend the construction, which influenced to output and revenue of subsidiaries. Moreover, interest expense and input expense highly increased, which affected to operation of holding company and subsidiaries.
