The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:

-         Ms. Phung Thanh Nga, sister of Mr. Phung Tuan Ha  –  a Member of the BOD, CEO of Petrovietnam General Services Corporation (stock code: PET), bought 25,000 PET shares from June 12, 2013 to June 25, 2013 but had not had any announcements before trading.
