(06/02/2013) Ocean Hospitality & Service JSC explained difference in profit after tax QIV.2012 and QIV.2011 of Holding company as follows:

1. Difference:

-       Profit after tax QIV.2011: VND2,455,456,459

-       Profit after tax QIV.2012: VND26,361,108,596

Increase: VND23,905,652,137

2. Reasons: in QIV.2012

-       Improving sales activities and signing contract to transfer ownership of Condotel Nha Trang apartments and recording this revenue

-        Fostering hotel management service, leading to high revenue
