NBB: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated institutional investor

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated institutional investor:

-         Civil Engineering Construction Corporation 5 (CIENCO 5), institutional investor affiliated with Mr. Doan Truong Trieu – Chairman of the Board of Directors of NBB Investment Corporation, sold 1,050,000 rights that the trader bought of NBB on July 26, 2013 but had not had any announcements before trading.
