reasons:

In Quarter 2/2012, the Corporation’s revenue was mainly from
construction contracts, but the return ratio from construction was very low
(9-11%).

In Quarter 2/2013, BOT Phan Rang – Thap Cham Project was
being in the final stage, so revenue from construction decreased, but revenue
from selling grounds rose highly. This helped the profit after tax increased
sharply.
