HBC: Foreign room recorded at 44.1 percent

Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation announced the foreign room as follows:

The State Securities Commission agreed to fix the foreign room to HBC stock at 44.1% of HBC’s charter capital so that HBC can issue rights to its strategic partners. Time of application will be from August 12, 2013 to April 26, 2014. If HBC finished the private placement before April 26, 2014, it will ask the State Securities Commission to open the foreign room ahead of schedule.
