HAR: Explanation for profit in Q2/2013

An Duong Thao Dien Real estate Trading Investment Joint Stock Company explained the fluctuation in business result in Quarter 2/2013 compared to Quarter 2/2012:

-         Profit after tax in Quarter 2/2013 (VND6,913,822,006) was higher than in Quarter 2/2012  (VND1,027,650,263) because of the fluctuation in revenue from real estate in Quarter 2/2013:

+         Revenue from trading real estate in Quarter 2/2013 increased VND5,549,666,557 compared to in Quarter 2/2012. Besides, cost of goods sold from trading real estate decreased VND4,392,440,353, leading to profit from trading real estate increased VND9,342,099,804.

+         Financial income in Quarter 2/2013 increased VND1,285,215,102 compared to in Quarter 2/2012.

+         Financial expense and general and administration expense in Quarter 2/2013 increased VND2,389,286,640 and VND1,001,426,380 compared to in Quarter 2/2012.

+         Revenue from transferring of land use rights in Quarter 2/2013 only increased VND50,000,000, but profit from transferring of land use rights was VND2,833,650,000.
