FLC moves to southern bourse
FLC Group Joint Stock Company debuted on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange under the code of FLC on Tuesday after nearly three years of trading shares on the Hanoi bourse.
Moving to the southern bourse aims to help the enterprise speed up capital mobilization and facilitate its investment strategy in the future, said Trinh Van Quyet, chairman of the enterprise.
Earlier, FLC was included in the HNX30 Index calculation basket, which tracks the movements of the 30 leading shares by market capitalization and liquidity on the Hanoi market.
The enterprise has total chartered capital of VND771 billion and total assets of VND2.8 trillion. It operates in the fields of real estate, financial investment, labor export, vocational training and mineral exploitation.
Last year, FLC obtained over VND1.5 trillion in revenue and VND25.6 billion in pre-tax profit. The enterprise targets to make an after-tax profit of VND92 billion on revenue of nearly VND1.8 trillion in 2013.
To realize these targets, FLC will focus on real estate projects and boost other services as brokerage, investment consultancy and project management.
