On August 02, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Document No.1229/2013/SGDHCM to remind Cuu Long Petro Urban Development and Investment Corporation (PVCL) on the whole market of violating information disclosure regulations as follows:

-         First time: late disclosure on Quarter 4.2012 financial statements.

-         Second time: late disclosure on 2012 Annual Report

-         Third time: late disclosure on Quarter 1.2013

-         Fourth time: late disclosure on an auditing company.
