BRC: Board Resolution approves record date for offering new shares

BenThanh Rubber Joint Stock Company announced Board resolution No.93/NQ-HDQT-DSCD dated August 14, 2013:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to close the shareholders list on August 30, 2013 for offering new shares to existing shareholders.

Article 2: This resolution takes effect from the signing date – August 14, 2013.
