minute of AGM 2013 as follows:
1. Approve Mr.
Vu Phi Ho as member of BOD in the term of 2011 -2016
2. Approve Vietnam Auditing Partnership Company as the auditing unit for
2013
3. Approve the operation report of 2012 and the plan for 2013
4. Approve the dismissal of some members of BOD as the requirements of
shareholders at the meeting
