BID: Explanation for consolidated business results in quarter 2/2013

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) has explained business results in quarter 2/2013 compared with in quarter 2/2012 as follows:

-          Profit after tax in Quarter 2.2013 decreased in which Separate profit after tax decreased 40.2% and Consolidated profit after tax decreased 38.2% mainly in Quarter 2.2013 the bank  made provision for DPRR increased 11.7% (or 921 billion dongs) compared to the same period of last year.

-          Accumulative from the first of year: Profit after tax in the first 06 months of 2013 higher than profit after tax in the period of between May and June of 2012. The bank was equitized from May 1, 2012.
